As a San Diego-based team, we know how lucky we are to live in America’s Finest City. With average temperatures hovering around 78 degrees for the better part of the year, life is pretty wonderful when you stop and take a look around at the beauty that is everywhere. From the many gorgeous miles of beaches to the majestic mountains (and everything in between!), San Diego is an outdoor lover’s dream.
Every member of The Pfeifer Team takes advantage of the incredible Southern California lifestyle. When we’re not busy working on behalf of our clients, on any given day you’ll probably find one of us running along the sandy bluffs of Carlsbad, SUPping in one of our lagoons, practicing asana at our favorite yoga studio or taking photos of our breathtaking surroundings. We love living here and our passion for the area shows in our work. We’ve been known to treat our clients to lunch at our favorite local eateries, show them our favorite beaches and match them up with fabulous off the beaten-path neighborhoods because we’re eager to share our insider knowledge.
There isn’t one area of San Diego we aren’t familiar with. We’ve sold homes all over the county (our reach extends as far as Orange and Riverside counties!) We are focused on listening to the objectives of our clients and we feel passionate about ensuring our clients feel informed throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
