Navigating a home sale in today's market is a big deal.
My name is Ayren Pfeifer, and I work out of San Diego, California and Beaufort, South Carolina. I have been helping people sell homes for almost 20 years, and I have a lot of experience moving myself as a military spouse. My husband Paul was an aviator in the Marine Corps, and we moved 11 times in 20 years.
Every client comes to me with different goals. Some clients are relocating. Others are leaving a home they have been in for many, many years. Whatever your objectives are, my goal is to make sure we meet them.
Whether we are working remotely or in person, it is the systems I have built over 18 years of full time real estate that make the process go smoothly. And believe me, after 18 years in real estate, I have seen it all. There is nothing that scares me.
Even though I live in California, I work actively in South Carolina. It is where we brought my son Max home from the hospital. It is where many of my close friends live and work, and it is even where my mom and stepdad live. When I implement my systems with a client in South Carolina, the process goes just as smoothly as it would if we were in California, because I can do everything except open a door, and I have people for that.
I have a lot of energy, so I love to work out. Yoga is my favorite, and on a typical day you will find me running late for a class here at Yoga Tropics. In fact, I am late now. I have to go.
The thing I love most about living in San Diego is the weather. Almost every day of the year the weather is fantastic, and that is a mood booster. Plus, San Diego has something for everyone. Incredible beaches, wonderful restaurants, and so much culture.
